What about diet products? Would you say one a day is safe?
ReplyDeleteThe answer to that is complex; there isn't a right or wrong. For starters, it is a better alternative due to the lower sugar content. However, if one heavily relies on quenching their thirst through pop (even diet products), they are taking away from consuming other healthier options, such as milk or water. My suggestion is to try and consume things in moderation. I personally dislike the taste of diet products and prefer to have a regular pop occasionally as opposed to a diet pop daily. Hope that answers your question :)
ReplyDeleteAfter reading this information a few times. I have now associated drinking soda with it and will no longer be justifying why one every now and then is a good idea.
